We have found that most firms and organizations do not have a dedicated security manager or security department.  Most typically, some person with several other duties, such as Facilities Management, Safety, Human Resources, Operations, Environmental Management, Risk Management, or Engineering also has the responsibility of managing the security program.  Those persons have many other responsibilities and don't necessarily have the time or expertise to comprehensively deal with all security matters.  We complement those functions cost effectively and as needed.

We have instituted a unique and valuable service for those organizations that don’t have a need for a full-time dedicated security manager but, from time to time, may have some need for security-related support or advice - the Virtual Security Manager™.

The Virtual Security Manager is a unique service and tool which, for a relatively small monthly retainer, provides you with the advantages of your own in-house security expert and manager without the long-term costs and commitment.  Our goal is to develop a close working relationship and familiarity with your organization so that our services seamlessly address your needs, risks and vulnerabilities.

We will begin by performing a thorough survey/assessment of your operation or site(s) which will generate a written and/or verbal report outlining your vulnerabilities and recommending specific, reasonable and cost effective physical and procedural controls geared to your unique needs, values, history, budgets, culture and area.   Then we will remain available to offer support and advice at any time by phone, mail, E-Mail, or in person, as well as training, development of plans and policies, support during and after incidents, etc.  We can also remotely monitor and track incidents at your site(s) by means of a web or software based incident reporting system.
